  • 312 recipes (including one breakfast, packed lunch, lunch, side, dinner and dessert for every Monday of the year) 

Method

Combine all the ingredients carefully to form a cookbook. Separate into four sections – spring, summer, autumn, and winter. Add a pinch of information about the positive impact of supporting Meat Free Monday. Stir in the savings from buying meat-free food. Season with plenty of colourful photos. Finally, serve with passion!
