Perfect for breakfast or a healthy snack, this simple Avo Toast is substantial and won’t leave you craving anything naughty!

  • 2 slices rustic wholemeal bread, toasted
  • 1 avocado
  • pinch chilli flakes
  • ½ lime
  • small handful chopped parsley (optional)


Mash or thinly slice the avocado onto the toasted slices of bread.

Sprinkle the chilli flakes and squeeze the lime over the toast.

Sprinkle with salt and parsley.
