Add some festive flavour to your houmous with this quick and easy recipe!

  • ½ pack of Brussels sprouts (approx. 200 g)
  • 1 tub houmous
  • 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • salt and pepper, to taste


Boil the Brussels sprouts for 3-4 minutes and then blitz in a blender.

Mix the blitzed Brussels sprouts with the houmous, chilli flakes, salt and pepper.

Serve in a bowl with toasted ciabatta.
