Mr White Pizza
The perfect combo of cheese, pesto and courgette forms this stylish pizza from Saint!
Heat the oven to 240°C (220°C fan)/475°F (225°F fan)/gas mark 8 (gas mark 7 fan).
Place the pizza base on an oven tray. Spread the pesto generously across this.
Add a layer of cheese and then the spinach leaves. Top with the sliced roast courgettes.
Cook for about 10 minutes, until crisp.
