For the salad

  • layer of rice
  • handful of salad greens
  • small layer of cabbage
  • small tenderstem broccoli
  • 4 smoked tofu slices
  • small handful of sliced carrots
  • small layer of muki beans
  • quarter of an avocado
  • herb and ginger mix (e.g. itsu herb and ginger mix)

For the topping

  • sprinkle of pumpkin seeds
  • sprinkle of seasame seeds
  • sesame dressing (e.g. itsu sesame dressing)


Cook the rice and allow it to cool.

Cut up the ingredients then assemble the main ingredients.

Top with a sprinkle of pumpkin seeds, a sprinkle of sesame seeds and sesame dressing.
