For the tofu cream cheese

  • 400 g firm tofu, drained
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground white pepper

For the broccoli pâté

  • 100 g broccoli
  • 100 g cauliflower
  • 40 g walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon white pepper


To make the tofu cream cheese

Mix the tofu, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a food processor until smooth. Add the olive oil little by little while blended. Add the basil. Add salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste.

To make the broccoli pâté

Boil the broccoli and cauliflower, and cool. Mix all together in a blender or food processor until smooth. Add salt or white pepper to taste.
