Mojo Box is a start-up business which delivers nutritious and flavoursome bento-style lunch boxes and platters to offices in London. As well as being meat free, Mojo Box uses recycled and/or recyclable packaging, and delivers its food by bicycle whenever possible, in order to limit its carbon footprint.

Jason Rowles and Hugo Lonsdale are the owners of The Tatami Room, a sushi and ramen restaurant in the heart of Barcelona, opened in 2010. Following a hugely successful vegetarian/vegan ramen day in July 2016, clients requested more similar events and the restaurant is now meat free every Monday.
