The Field Kitchen is completely meat free on Mondays and offers organic meat and fish options on other days. It works creatively with the seasons so the menu changes daily.

Jason Rowles and Hugo Lonsdale are the owners of The Tatami Room, a sushi and ramen restaurant in the heart of Barcelona, opened in 2010. Following a hugely successful vegetarian/vegan ramen day in July 2016, clients requested more similar events and the restaurant is now meat free every Monday.
