Meat Free Monday One day a week can make a world of difference

Vegetarian restaurant 'tibits' launches first cookbook

One of Meat Free Monday’s favourite restaurants, tibits, is launching its very own cookbook today – due to popular demand!

Posted : 11 October 2012

tibits at Home: Stylish Vegetarian Cuisine is split into four seasonal sections containing recipes such as Leek and Quinoa Soup, Vegetable Jambalaya, Apple and Ginger Salad with Tofu and the famous Ginger Lemon Punch.

The Swiss chain has been feeding meat-free eaters on the continent for a decade, and opened its flagship UK restaurant in Heddon Street, off Regent Street in central London, in 2008.

Many of the meat-free recipes are also vegan and suitable for those with gluten or nut allergies.

The book costs £25 but customers can buy it for the special price of £20 from tibits Heddon Street today and tomorrow (11 and 12 October) only.

As if that weren’t enough of a gift, tibits is also reintroducing its Meat Free Monday offer from now until the end of the year: 10 per cent off all meals on a Monday if you quote “MFM”.
